COLLEGE LIFE
In the classroom we talked about college life, well comparing with High school for me have been good because now I’m more independent, but if we talk about teachers, friends and all that, I think that when you’re in the university it is complicated to have friends because you don’t have enough time and your going to have classmate but not real friends, That’s my point of view for my experience I can say that is like that because sometimes you don’t understand a subject and others did and when you´re looking for help nobody help you because they are selfish and now that I’m in the university I have knew a lot of people like that and it is difference when you´re in high school because you have your group to study and if you don’t understand something they can help you. I think the university makes you grow up, be more mature and realize that you have to do the things by yourself because if you don’t you´re going to stay back from the other people. When I was in high school a teacher wish me luck and told me that you know when you enter to the university but not when you come out because that depends on you...
DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CARTOON OR ANIME?
Well, I didn´t know it until in my english class the teacher made that question,
I though that it was the same but it is not like that, the thing is that a CARTOON has various meanings, based on several very different forms of visual art and illustration but a cartoon is made it by computer and it’s originally from USA and ANIME it is originally from japan and is traditionally hand drawn, did you now that? And example of anime is pucca, dragon ball, candy candy those are anime and for cartoons we have Casper, winnie pooh, and mickey mouse, in my English class the teacher tell us that anybody can draw and not very good on that but I drew this I hope you like it…

HOW TO GO GREEN?
For those that don’t know the meaning of this, is an initiative that is implanting to improve the environment and try to help with the problem of global warming, for me it is very important but some people don’t know that, in many countries people have program that helps to this problem, for me is interesting the way we can help to the environment, otherwise I think this is about culture about something that we learn and here in Venezuela is lasting but we don’t have that culture but if you want to help here are some ways to go green and stay green:
1.- Save energy
Install compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) when your older incandescent bulbs burn out. Unplug appliances when you're not using them. Or, use a "smart" power strip that senses when appliances are off and cuts "phantom" or "vampire" energy use. Use a drying rack or clothesline to save the energy otherwise used during machine drying. If you must use a dryer, consider adding dryer balls to cut drying time.

2.-Save water
Take shorter showers to reduce water use. This will lower your water and heating bills too. Install a low-flow showerhead. They don't cost much, and the water and energy savings can quickly pay back your investment. Make sure you have a faucet aerator on each faucet. These inexpensive appliances conserve heat and water, while keeping water pressure high. Plant drought-tolerant native plants in your garden. Many plants need minimal watering. Find out which occur naturally in your area.
3.-Less gas = more money (and better health!).
Walk or bike to work. This saves on gas and parking costs while improving your cardiovascular health and reducing your risk of obesity. Consider telecommuting if you live far from your work. Or move closer. Even if this means paying more rent, it could save you money in the long term. Lobby your local government to increase spending on sidewalks and bike lanes. With little cost, these improvements can pay huge dividends in bettering your health and reducing traffic. 3.- Skip the bottled water. Use a water filter to purify tap water instead of buying bottled water. Not only is bottled water expensive, but it generates large amounts of container waste. Bring a reusable water bottle, preferably aluminum rather than plastic, with you when traveling or at work. Check out this short article for the latest on bottled water trends.
4.- Make your own cleaning supplies.
The big secret: you can make very effective, non-toxic cleaning products whenever you need them. All you need are a few simple ingredients like baking soda, vinegar, lemon, and soap. Making your own cleaning products saves money, time, and packaging-not to mention your indoor air quality.
